The beloved sriracha brand, Huy Fong Foods, has experienced supply problems over the last few years with supply of their chilli peppers.
Now, the spicy sauce company has announced it is halting production due to a poor harvest of their red chilli peppers, stating the harvest is too green. They now, need to wait until the next harvest season to resume production.

Italian chocolatier sets up shop in US
Italian chocolatier, Ferraro Group, opened its first processing plant in the US.
They will be producing chocolate for their brands such as Butterfinger, Kinder and Crunch out of their new Bloomington, Illinois facility.
The surge in cocoa pricing has caused the company to find ways such as this to cut down on costs of production.
