First Cocoa, Now Oranges Hit New Price Highs
If you’re finding it getting far too expensive to have fresh orange juice with your breakfast, blame it on the weather again.
Just like cocoa prices and crops, weather events are causing poor harvests of oranges in Florida and Brazil resulting in orange prices being double what they were a year ago.
The high prices of oranges is now forcing some producers to look at alternative citrus fruits such as mandarins.
Sanofi Unveils New, Largest Vaccine Facility in Canada
Drug manufacturer, Sanofi, unveiled a new vaccine production plant in Canada this past week.
The new facility is Canada’s largest vaccine production plant.
Canada’s vulnerable vaccine supply chain was exposed during the COVID pandemic, when the country had to rely on external suppliers for vaccine supplies and had limited domestic vaccine production facilities.
