Supply Chains Moving Out of China Due to Ethics Issues
Via the Morning Report and WSJ, some auditors are refusing to inspect factories based in Xinjiang region, where reports of abuse of human rights against Muslim Uighurs have been circulating for many years.
Also, that region has restrictions imposed making it harder for factory inspections to take place properly.
Meaning, some companies have already started shifting supply chains out of that region to other areas.
